- Alibaba hasn't released Qwen 4. The name, model ID, date and price aren't announced.
- On November 6, the official Qwen account on X posted a teaser: "The becoming begins."
- Alibaba's model card calls Qwen3.8-Flash-Next, open-sourced in August, a preview of the architecture behind Qwen4.
